Our Client Policy preserves client-professional connection by giving clients the tools they need to ask for the services they demand. Professionals are able to promote their services and create protections to make sure they are paid appropriately and timely.

We want nothing more than for everyone to have an enjoyable and productive experience. Our Client Policy dictates:
 

• No private information is shared prior to the confirmation of an agreement through QuiqPro. This includes Twitter, Facebook, personal contacts, business websites, links, and other social media resources. Any arrangements made outside QuiqPro are not protected or authorized under our user policies.

• Establish transparent and agreeable pricing terms. No job should be given prior to both parties clearly understanding as well as confirming the expectations of the project. Full totals upfront. Partial quotes, hourly flexible rates, and unit quotes should be discouraged. Cash payments are not allowed.

• Account information should be clear and true. Account images should have a clear front-on image of a member’s face and your name as confirmed on a legal government document including but not limited to driver’s identification, passport.

Report Offenses Please report any policy guideline offenses you experience to our team directly. We will take immediate action to review and assess the content.
